POSITION TITLE: Community Case Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Director
JOB SUMMARY: Serves as on-site staff person who works with volunteers doing intakes, interviews and referral services for the community-based clients who come for food, clothing and medical attention.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or comparable degree
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment for a not-for-profit organization providing direct service to the economically disadvantaged
- Experienced with mentally ill and/or addicted clients
- Ability to articulate the mission and goals of STH
- Honesty, confidentiality, integrity, creativity and resourcefulness are essential
- Position requires good organizational skills, initiative, flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
- Internet and software skills, including Word, Excel and Access are essential
POSITION TITLE: Case Manager for Homeless Clients
REPORTS TO: Director
JOB SUMMARY: Assists with case management on the team for homeless clients and researches community resources for referral purposes.

- Master’s degree in Social Work or experienced Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
