POSITION TITLE: Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk
DEPARTMENT: Support Services/Finance
REPORTS TO: Facilities Manager & Senior Accountant
JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility for the position of Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk will be to handle receptionist duties with guidance from the Facilities Manager. The Accounts Payable Clerk responsibility will be to maintain the computer system and files of the accounts payable with guidance from the Senior Accountant.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience required
- Typing skills of 45+ wpm required
- Experience working on a switchboard a plus
- Experience with a personal computer (Microsoft Word & Excel); accounting system experience a plus
- Require initiative, ability to work independently, to plan organize and set priorities
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work well with people internal and external to the organization
- Personal attributes include team orientation, persistence, professional appearance, tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt to change
POSITION TITLE: Database Analyst
DEPARTMENT: Support Services
REPORTS TO: Information Technology Director
JOB SUMMARY: This position’s responsibility is to evaluate, review, and manage database projects, resources, and services for Ancilla Systems, and related PHJC ministries, as requested by the ministries, while ensuring high levels of data quality. This includes the implementation, maintenance, and support of data systems and end-user training as required. Primary duties include: development and design of database strategies, monitoring and improving database performance and capacity, planning for future expansion requirements, and the planning, coordination and implementation of security measures to safeguard the databases to ensure the integrity of data and availability of the databases and their accompanying software.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience; one to three years related experience and/or training.
Computer Skills:
- To perform this job successfully the following computer proficiency is (are) required: Internet Explorer; Microsoft Access; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Publisher; Microsoft Word; See other required technology skills and qualifications identified under "Other Skills and Qualifications".
Other Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong demonstrated experience with PCs and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of Blackbaud’s The Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft SQL.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Handle projects/tasks independently as well as work effectively in teams and meetings.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the processes, work practices and services.
- Actively seek input from ministry leaders and/or co-workers to better understand their needs.
