Position Title: Food Services Coordinator
Sojourner Truth House
Reports to: Executive Director
Job Summary: Immediate opening for a part-time Food Services Coordinator. Responsible for shopping for and preparing a variety of nutritious meals Monday through Friday. Cleans and maintains the kitchen according to Health Department standards.

Qualifications:
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment for a not-for-profit organization providing direct service to the economically disadvantaged
- At least two years' experience cooking for 40-80 individuals daily

- Position requires good organizational and time management skills, initiative, flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
Position Title: Director of Development, PHJC Foundation

Reports to: Executive Director, PHJC Foundation
Job Summary: The Director of Development will work with the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ, an international congregation of apostolic women religious within the Roman Catholic Church. With outreach from Indiana to other parts of the world, the Poor Handmaids minister to those in need of shelter, education, health care and physical and spiritual nourishment.
The Director will assist PHJC ministries with development planning which will include performing comprehensive development audits; providing recommendations for building short-term and long-term plans for ministry sustainability; providing training to ministry leaders, boards and staff; assisting with implementation of plans; and evaluating and making course adjustments.
The Director will also assist PHJC ministries in donor identification and cultivation, resulting in annual, major and planned gifts. He or she will provide information, education and training to ministry staff that will lead to implementation of best practices in development efforts, and will collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure delivery of services in a cohesive and integrated approach.
The Director will work closely with Mission Integration to assure that the mission, vision and four core values of the Poor Handmaids which include Openness to the Spirit, Community, Simplicity, Dignity and Respect for All are incorporated into working with the ministries.
The Director will also supervise the day-to-day operations of the development office and staff.
He or she will also oversee proper utilization of Raiser's Edge, including development of procedures and training, making certain that end-users are in compliance with procedures related to gift processing, data entry and acknowledgment of donors.

Preferred Qualities and Qualifications: The Director of Development will not only articulate the mission of the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ but will also commit to sustain and enhance it.
The Director will have a background of leadership in fund raising as well as proven experience in providing leadership, strategic vision and goal achievement in a team-oriented environment. A bachelor's degree and advanced computer literacy are required.
In addition to the ability to work in close partnership with Poor Handmaid ministry leaders, the Director of Development will demonstrate:
- At least 10 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 in fundraising and development for a nonprofit organization;
- Bachelor's Degree
- Successful track record in cultivating and soliciting major gifts;
- Supervision and management experience;
- Solid knowledge of donor management programs such as Raiser's Edge;
- Experience in managing budgets to achieve desired goals;
- Outstanding interpersonal and diplomatic skills;
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities;
- Excellent written and oral communications;
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Position Title: Foster Parent Aide
Position 1: Part-Time - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)
Position 2: PRN - Monday through Sunday - (6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)

Reports to: Director/Foster Mother
Job Summary: Under supervision of the Director/Foster Mother at the Nazareth Home and according to established practices and procedures, performs basic child care and basic household care in rendering care and comfort to the children of Nazareth Home.
