- Accountable for management and operations of Ancilla Systems, including vision and direction consistent with the PHJC Ministry Model
- Plan and implement governance activities
- Oversee risk and insurance management program
- Provide human resources leadership in the areas of compensation and benefits, recruitment and retention, and administration of pension plans
- Manage Ancilla’s obligations related to former healthcare entities

- Develop annual reports and collateral material
- Assist with internal communications, press releases and press conferences
- Provide training for effective business writing skills
- Develop ministry newsletters

- Conduct ministry analysis to determine fund development needs and create strategies to address those needs
- Coordinate direct fund solicitation for program and operating expenses and endowment growth
- Implement a fund development donor database
- Coordinate and implement special event activities to support ministry financial needs
- Create public relations opportunities to enhance fund development
- Initiate a basic bequest program and encourage planned gifts for the long term financial viability of each ministry

- Evaluate facilities relative to renovation and repair needs
- Provide project management for new construction, renovation and repair projects
- Provide assistance on renovation and repair projects
- Assist in developing budgets for repairs and upkeep of properties
- Work with real estate agents on the lease, purchase or sale of property
- Assist with developing fire safety training programs

- Offer accounting and cash management services
- Provide strategic and analytical financial assessment
- Assist organizations, at all levels, understand their current financial position
- Assess appropriateness of financial infrastructure compared to strategic initiatives
- Evaluate integrity and efficiency of financial reporting, make recommendations and support implementation
- Oversee liquidation of assets and management of liabilities during dissolution
- Provide investment consulting services

- Determine fund development needs, with ministry analysis and strategy
- Assist with direct fund solicitation for program, operating and endowment needs and growth
- Coordinate and plan special event activities
- Identify types of grant funders to meet ministry needs

- Develop capital campaign process

- Evaluate, develop and determine effectiveness of compliance program, including code of conduct and policies & procedures
- Assist with risk assessment for compliance
- Audit contracts and policies for regulatory compliance issues

- Provide assistance with the purchase of new hardware and software
- Provide coordination and assistance for hardware service
- Coordinate IT training programs

- Conduct supply chain audits
- Assist in developing non-salary expense reduction opportunities
- Perform pricing analyses and audits
- Review contract utilization and contract compliance
