Development Services

  • Conduct ministry analysis to determine fund development needs and create strategies to address those needs
  • Coordinate direct fund solicitation for program and operating expenses and endowment growth
  • Implement a fund development donor database
  • Coordinate and implement special event activities to support ministry financial needs
  • Create public relations opportunities to enhance fund development
  • Initiate a basic bequest program and encourage planned gifts for the long term financial viability of each ministry

Facilities and Property Management

  • Evaluate facilities relative to renovation and repair needs
  • Provide project management for new construction, renovation and repair projects
  • Provide assistance on renovation and repair projects
  • Assist in developing budgets for repairs and upkeep of properties
  • Work with real estate agents on the lease, purchase or sale of property
  • Assist with developing fire safety training programs

Financial Strategy and Management

  • Provide strategic and analytical financial assessment
  • Assist organizations, at all levels, understand their current financial position
