Job Title: Gift Processing Manager

Department: Development Services

Reports To: Director of Development Operations

Job Summary:

Ancilla Systems is a service ministry sponsored by the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ, an international congregation of apostolic women religious within the Roman Catholic Church.

The Development Services Department of Ancilla Systems serves ministries of the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ by ensuring effective identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors.

Reporting to the Director of Development Operations, the Gift Processing Manager oversees and manages all use of the Salsa CRM database, and other development systems and modules to support effective, responsive donor identification, cultivation, stewardship and recognition activities. The Data Services Administrator manages the integrity of constituent and gift data by establishing procedures and training appropriate ministry staff to ensure accuracy in donor records. The Data Services Administrator creates complex reports and provides analysis of reports, current trends, and benchmarks against external market. In addition, she or he is responsible for processing all gift acknowledgements in a timely manner, primarily for the ministries of Nazareth Home and Sojourner Truth House, and other ministries when necessary.


  • Advanced proficiency in use of Salsa CRM and/or similar relational databases, required. Such proficiency is typically associated with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of prospect research and Moves Management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Ability to work well and with a positive attitude, especially under pressure.
  • Ability to build relationships with a wide variety of people.
  • Ability to complete tasks with little direct supervision.
  • Ability to be well-organized and attentive to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and receive mentoring.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to perform assigned tasks; ability to operate a motor vehicle. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.




Job Title: Child Care Worker (full-time and part time)

Shift 1:  6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Shift 2:  2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Shift 3:  10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Reports To: Director

Job Summary: Under supervision of the Director at the Nazareth Home and according to established practices and procedures, performs basic child care in rendering care and comfort to the children of Nazareth Home.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Works effectively and cooperatively with Nazareth Home staff and management, keeping the best interest of the children in mind. Always mindful to be a team player.
  • Performs and assists in a wide variety of tasks as they relate to the children and the house.
  • Participates in staff meetings and completes 20 hours of training annually.
  • Makes trips to other areas as needed such as doctor’s office, grocery store, and any other place necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the home.
  • Feeds, clothes, bathes, changes diapers in a caring way, and loves the babies.
  • Administers medication when needed.
  • Routinely checks to be sure child is safe and needs are satisfied.
  • Performs routine assessments; maintains routine documentation.



  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalency
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Computer skills required
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying items up to approximately 20 lbs. or more
  • Traveling may be required to perform assigned tasks; ability to operate a motor vehicle. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
